Meet Juliet Dyer,
Founder, Coach, and Facilitator
In 2018, Juliet transitioned from kinesiology into leadership coaching after identifying a consistent pattern in her clients: strong self-awareness but limited action. They could recognise their challenges clearly yet struggled to translate insight into sustainable change.
That insight became the foundation for Inner Edge Co, a leadership development practice built to close the gap between knowing and doing.
Juliet brings more than 20 years of experience across emotional wellbeing, behavioural change, corporate environments and operational business management. Her background includes hands-on experience in commercial operations, aviation training, and later, extensive work with senior leaders across ASX-listed and global organisations in retail, property, professional services, manufacturing, and health.
Today, she partners with leaders and organisations to strengthen emotional intelligence, enhance communication, and build calm, confident leadership under pressure. Her approach blends compassion with constructive challenge, creating the conditions for meaningful reflection, practical skill-building, and measurable results.

Meet Tanya Southey,
Coach and Leadership Consultant
Tanya brings more than two decades of C-suite experience to her work as an executive coach and leadership consultant. As a former Chief People Officer for major global and ASX-listed organisations, Tanya has led large-scale cultural and commercial transformations across industries, regions, and leadership levels.
Her career includes senior leadership roles with General Electric, Jetstar, and Vicinity Centres, as well as a tenure as Partner at Sheldon Harris. Tanya was later appointed to lead the Asia Pacific Human Resources function for SABMiller following its acquisition of Carlton & United Breweries, where she played a key role in one of the world’s largest corporate transactions valued at US$107 billion.
Recognised for her depth in change leadership, acquisitions, and organisational transformation, Tanya combines strategic acumen with genuine care for people. Her experience spans global integration, cultural evolution, and crisis response, including leading people strategies through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tanya’s early career in South Africa during a time of national transformation shaped her lifelong commitment to inclusive leadership and meaningful change. Today, she partners with leaders and organisations to navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and humanity.
